Little pedal adapter I whipped up in Fusion 360 to 3D print. Worked out great. Might adjust the angle just a bit, but probably only spent about $5 in filament and an hour and a half over 2 different iterations/designs.

It uses the factory bolts and mounting location and just adapts the pedal where it should be.
