No hazard lights
1972 have signal lights but no 4-way flashers. Any ideas where to start how to fix?

Re: No hazard lights
A lot of times, the 4-way flashers have a separate flash unit. Looks similar to the normal turn signal one. Swap one for the other and see if the problem moves as well.

Re: No hazard lights
Any time there is a failure of an electrical item, the first thing to check is the fuse(s).. In this case, the hazard flashers have their own fuse, separate from the turn signals. If the hazard fuse is good, suspect the turn signal switch.. If the fuse is blown, suspect a short in the circuit somewhere.
