C30/3500 driveshaft identification

Hey everyone, had a question for anyone that may be a 1ton expert.
My '71 GMC SRW needs a new slip yoke for the 2 piece driveshaft and some repairs to the crossmember the center support bearing attaches to. I can find the CSB but not the yoke and it's causing some vibration at around 60mph.
Looking at a lot of pics and period repair manuals hasn't yielded anything quite yet. This truck has been interesting to find parts for with the 9ft bed and whatnot. Thanks for any help! Ignore the mess of an undercarriage it's since been fixed they're just the only pictures I have of the underside from right after I got it several years ago.

I would check for the yoke at a driveline shop. It may be that the yoke and the female part of the slip joint in the forward driveline may have to be replaced together.
