aftermarket fender flares

Who makes good quality aftermarket fender flares. I dont want the type like the old bushwackers that have visible bolts, I want ones that look completely stock (oem look) please only post if you have actually experience with them. Thanks in advance

Re: aftermarket fender flares

AFAIK Bushwacker might be the only ones that makes these. You want the OEM style, look just like the original but don't have to drill holes to mount em. They bolt on the lip, and holes might be there, if not self tappers would work.

Re: aftermarket fender flares

Bushwaker no longer makes them for the gmt400 as far as I can tell. Thanks for the recommendation tho.

I was OEM look without drilling holes. But want to make sure they fit snug against the fender so I was hoping for someone who has bought and used some

Re: aftermarket fender flares

I have a set of OEM flares for a 4 door Tahoe/Yukon. They go on the same way, but are more rigid them OEM, so once screwed on they are tight against the body.

Wow, $540!!!!!! Check marketplace. I have 3 sets of Bushwackers, cut out, 4dr Tahoe/Yukon, and the extended style, all brand new never mounted, I paid $100 for each set. Hardware is (was) still available, none came with any that I got.

Re: aftermarket fender flares

just went thru this a couple months ago.
spent countless hrs looking for a set like what you want and there is not much out there for gmt 400's.
not super crazy about the bushwacker flares, i have a set of cut-out flares on my crewcab and there not really durable in my opinion. there thin and have a tendency to crack around the bolt holes.
hit up marketplace and go for a set of oem flares. of course they fit perfectly and are waaaay more durable and thicker than aftermarket.
i snagged a full set (used) for $150. if your careful and use a small screwdriver you can bend the wire springs off the flares so you dont have to try reach in the fender holes or take the fender off. me and my son had all 4 off in about 20 mins.
they use the factory holes in the fender lip and we also put 3M sticky tape where they rest on the body. stops movement and paint wear and holds them on super tight. we slapped some bed liner on ours and they look pretty darn factory
