LS short box Registered User Join Date: Jun 2015 Location: Carlos MN Posts: 2,592	Re: battery drop down box I've since sold the truck but I believe I went over the frame rail with pos cable to the main stud on the starter. I like using the rubber lined cable clamps to hold the pos cable in place. No pics. If you decide to go thru the frame rail I wouldn't use a rubber grommet. I would use a thru the frame rail cable isolator. See pics. Attached Images
