Looks like the old McGard wheel locks. When I worked at the gas station, if someone had those and needed tire work but couldn't find the key, we'd just hammer on a cracked impact socket and spin the nut off. We saved that socket just for those locks. The people were amazed at the ease with which we got those locks off!
