auto to manual conversion

I've been toying with the thought of converting my '57 to a stick shift. I know this is the general forum. That said, I was curious if anyone had the estimated cost of doing this type of conversion, buying pedals, transmission, clutch, etc. To make things easier, I was reading some of the threads here on the TKX and was thinking that if I were to ever do the swap, that would be the transmission I'd use. Currently, the truck has a 700r4.

I did this exact thing on the 68......Total using the Silver Sport Transmissions kit figure $7000.00 all in. I had a 700R4 as well and the driveshaft fit perfect without having to modify the length. That figure is a bit high but there is always something that crops up.
