Re: Anyone have experience with a rearview mirror backup camera set up?

Here is my solution to a front/rear facing camera. I installed this after almost getting side swiped because I couldn’t see to the right of me, due to topper and sport mirrors.
It’s an Auto-Vox V5 Pro. I drilled a 3/4” hole in the ceiling skin behind the mirror cover and fished the cable up the a pillar, pulled the visor to help, and over to the center.
The mount is fabricated from mild steel and uses the oem arm.
