I love the 68's SWB trucks.
The more options the better, but PS is the only mandated one. You may or may not agree but I would bet the 67-68 Grille was the most costly to produce. The price to build likely went down again in 69-70 and again in 71-72. |

I like the '66 myself. I was in hs and our family had a '66 lb with a 283 and three on the tree. My folks sold it during my service time and I bought a '73 with a 307 and three on the tree. I wore out that engine and replaced it with a crate 350. I had a lot of fun with that truck.
