Oddly, I don't see many 503 trucks with saddle interiors.
I did find these of a blazer and a truck where you can tell it has saddle buckets. I also found this; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUZKeCEeTGE which looks kinda blue but 503 is tricky... I think it's a good combo, and different for sure. Rg
