berghandler, here are a couple of our old archived/saved folder pics on the subject area showing the NP205 t/c shift lever, shift rail and shift link rod parts. If you end up needing the NP205 t/c shift link rod, we have an OE used one available for purchase in the below linked parts board f/s thread. Have a look and let us know, Mel
