67-68 Grille emblem / bowtie - Are they the same size and shape as later years?

For example do the 69-72 style blue emblems bolt in the same holes and fit the same as the red 67-68 style?

I don't know about the hole spacing but the 69-72 won't fit between the '67-'68 grill hoops.

67-68 on steel bar of grill, 69-70 mount on front of hood and 71-72 on center of plastic grill. All three differ.
