Question Iowa 71-K5 DITCH PICKLE

Long time listener first time caller? From Iowa City, Ia and have been working on the K5 for years off and on. Now that I'm retired I've been working on it, and almost getting excited so far. Installed complete floor, A&B pillars, body patch panels etc.

"WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE FITMENT OF ROCKER PANELS ON K5"
-I HAVE TO WIDEN THE ROCKER TO FIT THE DOOR????????????:

Should not have to do any of that. Of course GM rockers are at the top of the list, but AMD or Key has good parts too.
