I have had a '67 K/10 Suburban and I remember the unique slimmer '67-only design. I have run the '68 style Door Handles and Window Cranks -- they fit the splines fine, as I recall. I don't remember if the round knobs were the same. Thought so. Not sure.
The later models are stouter, and won't break as easily. But not period correct.
