Hard Wiring Fuel Gauge?
I dont wanna run the factory circuit board as im doing a custom dash Setup
How do i go about wiring the factory gauge without the circuit Board? Is one terminal post ground and one post ignition Power. Thanks |

Bottom post -> ground
Driver side post -> fused 12V Passenger side post -> sender The top two posts are connected with an external resistor. |

Thank You. I ll check YouTube to see how to check the resistor and hook the gauge to 12v fused ignition. Thanks

The pink wire on the stock gauge cluster connector is a source of ignition controlled fused 12V.
The resistor should measure around 85 Ohms. It must be removed from the gauge before measuring it. |
