Gap or no gap

Is there supposed to be a gap here? Or should they come together?

Gap should match the ones adjacent....should be 3/16" ish

Yes, there should be a gap. As a general rule all panels should have a gap. No panels should touch each other.

paint stir stick from anywhere that sells paint will get you close on the gaps and theyre usually free

This....Dollars to donuts the factory calls for 2/10"ish, but yeah, 3/16ish. Really, I think the entire cab forward. Less perhaps some of the door's vent window frame, and grill.

I try to match the hood gap in that area to give it a uniform line.
