Update.
Got the bed bolted bolted together and tight. Installed wheel tubs,bed support spacers. (Not sure what's gonna happen for a bed floor, but the bed is secure)

Also installed bed side struts and reverse lights. I also rolled the truck of my cement pad to clean the pad off...I ended up rinsing both off with the hose.
