Spent some time with my dad today working on the bed wood. We got the length and width cut, and we started the process of cutting the notches.

Finished cutting the notches this morning. Also tested routing out a bolt hole.

Finished up the bed wood this afternoon. It was a little thicket than 3/4", so we planed it down. Drilled the eight bolt holes and routed out the washer pockets.
