Re: ditch light brakets
I had to look up the term "Ditch lights". Personally I'm not a fan of lights above and behind the front of the hood line. If the weather is foggy, snowing, or just dusty they make vision worse and the color of the vehicle can exacerbate the glare.
And as stated some jurisdictions require them to have covers over them while on public roads. Which may be okay in your area but all it takes is one trip to a different county to receive a nice ticket.
