I just split the difference between EFI and carb. Just added an O2 sensor to my 79 and took all the guess work out of carb adjustment. . I had to put a O2 sensor on the 79 to pass emissions in CO because the local mechanics around here new nothing about tuning a carb........well at least the 2 I took it to.
