Re: How about some pics of Static Dropped C-10's
Already Gone,
If that question was directed at me: Front was done with 2.5" drop spindles along with new stock height springs. Rear was done with progressive rate 4" springs only.

What kits are most of you guys now running? Most of this information is years old and as we know ECE has gone out of business

Re: How about some pics of Static Dropped C-10's
I used CCP went together extremely easily. Didn’t have to change tie rods as it’s made for the 68 tie rod ends . Only thing I had to do was get different brake hoses for the front . The ones that came with the kit were to short My 68 21/2 drop spindles 3 inch springs 4 inch springs

Re: How about some pics of Static Dropped C-10's
For the guys running a 6+ drop in the rear... do you HAVE to notch the frame or can you get by with just trimming the bumpstops?

Re: How about some pics of Static Dropped C-10's
I didn't do either one. I have rear coils though. Just drop coils, a different panhard bar and shock relocater brackets. Wait, check that, I think I did replace the bump stops with stops that came with the ECE kit (It's been a while since I installed). Mine is a 6" rear drop.

Here’s mine, equals about a 5.5/6.5 drop. No c-notch, trimmed bump stops
