I mounted my PCM on the core support and built a load center for the relays and fuses. While I was at it, I put my headlights on relays. All power comes to a terminal block under the fuse box mount.
this picture was during the wiring process I fabricated a mount for the fuse box and used a modified GM mount for the PCM on the underside is the terminal block also used a circuit breaker for the headlights
