15" steering wheel
I am thinking about going to the 67-68 repop 15" steering wheel. I have heard good reviews about them. I was wondering if the stock horn cap will fit on this wheel as I want the stock logo on it.

Re: 15" steering wheel
Thanks Mel. After the post I did notice that it was in there. I must have looked it over a half dozen times before I made the thread and looking through the search function.

Re: 15" steering wheel
swapped the cap, ashtray, etc from the original wheel, no problems
This one was 34-0398-BL from LMC, pretty sure they're all the same

Re: 15" steering wheel
I like the newer 15" wheels, but they are expensive. I've thought about taking my existing 16" 68 wheel and thickening it on the inside radius with lightweight epoxy resin, then custom painting and/or covering with a leather wrap. I don't mind the diameter so much as how thin it is. A thicker grip on a custom painted 68 wheel with repro 68 cap would look pretty great imo. I'm planning on using antiqued silver leaf with rusty red undertones on the dash bezel border and glove box border, and I might do the same on the steering wheel spokes so it all ties together.

Re: 15" steering wheel
I did end up pulling the trigger on the steering wheel. I do like it but still need to get it painted along with the truck.
