updated -fixed- I am posting this here because of no response from admins

This issued is now fixed with thanks to geezer.

I have been rying to find someone to fix my account so I can add a picture to my posts. I keep getting an error about missing a security token???

I cannot find an administrator who can or will help. None of the contact us buttons work either.

If this can't be fixed, I would like a refund on my membership.

please help, bonehead

Can you describe what happens when you try to attach a pic?

Make your pic smaller.

Lower resolution pics can help. Also, loading one pic at a time can help sometimes. I've noticed if I try to load 5 at a time sometimes if a few of the pics are higher resolution then I will get that error.

Good luck, Rg

When I try to upload any picture that I have already converted into a PDF , After I hit the upload button I get an error that says that my security token is missing.

thanks, BH

This can also happen if you are trying to add more than one photo to a post. I've had it happen to me. I've been fortunate that when I've tried posting a large photo, it resized on its own.

Re: I am posting this here because of no response from admins

Wow, it worked. Making it smaller was the solution, thanks geezer

Why didn't the error screen say to make smaller, not the "you're missing a security token" ????

I'm not exactly sure, but the security token thing pops up for a variety of different issues. That would be a question for Josh

Keep pixel size under 1000. 750 seems to work while still providing a decently sized image for most of the sites I visit.
