So happy you got it all sorted out and can start enjoying the truck.

Re volts....maybe add a newer high amperage alternator to the system. Also remember the wiring in the truck may be original and not accustomed to higher amperages.

Re ecm and mileage....there is no way to know the ecm supplied was the original to the car or not....

just enjoy your ride sir...
