That hatch looks great!
As far as paint you could run the truck by a commercial paint supplier like Industrial Finishes. They usually have a color scanner so they can scan the trucks paint and mix a close match. Then if you don't have a sprayer they can put in rattle cans for you and you can paint it before installing it.
