Laying Frame in a Square Suburban?

Hey folks, I've started on my front frame mods for my 77 Suburban slam and am contemplating how to attack / best approach for the rear half. Wondering if for inspiration anyone has a link to build photos of the interior mods and rear frame section of a Suburban that lays frame?

My rear tires are about 30" tall so I'm also wondering about raising the rear wheel tubs? Again build pics would be nice to give me an idea of what I'm up against. Thanks so much, 'preciate it.
