I did put on a chrome bumper after I had it painted but I like this look too.

Gregski installed roll pans on his electric truck. Photos can be seen in his build thread. The front tips of the frame rails had to be cut off.

Re: trucks w/o bumpers piocs?

I ran front & rear pans (like post #3) on my '70 C10. I loved them.
Word of advice: Just in case you ever go back to a front bumper, save those cut frame horns! And the rear pan makes getting to the tailgate hinge bolts a pain

No rear bumpers for our trucks, it's like leaving the house without your pants on...

Re: trucks w/o bumpers piocs?

I ran my stepper without a rear bumper for a good bit and eventually built one from an old dealership bumper. Replaced the backup lights with LED's that also hold the license plate on and lowered the tail lights to the original backup light location. The lights are 55 chevy lights.

Front is severely cutdown bumper for slide/tilt hood. Rear is 3pc homemade rear cover.

You can always find a used bumper and cheese hole it. There by you'd have some structure, weight loss, plus looks.
