Was a 250 grill emblem offered on '73-'74 C10 ?

Im working on redoing the wiring on my '78. If i ever finish i want to reward myself with a '73-'74 grill swap.

My truck has a 250...was there a 250 grill emblem for '73-'74???

I have seen 350, 400, 292 and 454...but never any 250.

I've never seen one either in all my years.

But the 250 reminded me of funny story. We had a 73 with a 454. I was young but knew enough to know that it was cool. One day, my brother's friend pulled next to us in a F-250 high boy, running a 428CJ. So I say to my brother, that guy is not near as cool as us, his truck only has a 250 CID according to the emblem.

My brother only said to "shut up before you embarrass yourself"

Base engine did not have an emblem, only optional engines.

In this day and age of technology, maybe someone would create one! I remember seeing those before,,, somewhere. In a Google search, I found '250' emblems for Nova-Chevelle-Camaro series cars. Hope this helps!

The 250 would have been the optional engine in those late 60's early 70's car models, and would have 250 emblems, the 230 was the standard engine in those models, which would not have the emblem.
