good call on the rear shackle hangers. also, dakota digital has a haltech adapter to read everything right into the gauge cluster. i've really liked the DD products so far.

The RTX gauges look pretty close to stock too...I really like those.

I've started pulling the truck back apart to replace the firewall and floor - With the bed removed you can see some of the exhaust system.


And I realized I haven't posted any updated photos of the engine bay. I have to clean up some of the extra harness leads that I didn't end up using, and some of the connectors have a ton of length that I need to shorten or hide.

Some pictures of what I'm starting with:







I have full replacement panels for the firewall, kick panels, outer cowl, and floor pans. Looks like the firewall should be the first panel to come out, then I'll peel back the layers from there. Bracing will be tricky with so much structure having to come out.

I've got the firewall, front floor pans, inner cowl, outer cowl, cowl filler, and lower pillar patches in place. I had to patch up the rocker panels from the pillar forward, too. I didn't end up bracing anything - I never cut the pillars completely away from the rockers and worked a section at a time to keep things in place as much as possible. I reinstalled the doors and hood when I did the outer cowl panels to try to ensure parts fit back up and it seems like i can make it all work again.
