lowering question
Seems everyone lowers rear 1" more thjan front. Why?
Is it to do away with an rake at all?

C10's (all trucks in general) tend to be lowered more in the rear to offset the F-to-R factory height difference which was built in to compensate for extra weight (loads in the bed/trailers/campers).

Well got rear coils in and ball joints. waiting new bushings. when all here going to pull apart and drop front 2" and install new suspension pieces and do caster mod. Swap out rear springs figure shock go later anyway. Have sway bar going to add while there. Figure do all at once easiest path. Well unless get spindles and drop another 2. Will know exactly how much want to llower rear to give me slight rake look then.
