Assembling a 69-70 grill
In the process of putting together the grill for my ‘70 C10. I used rivet nuts for the outer braces, factory style fasteners for the inner grill and realized I don’t have fasteners for the center brace or the parking light housings. Maybe I’m not looking hard enough, but so far I’ve only found fasteners for the brace. Is the hardware the same for the parking lights?

Re: Assembling a 69-70 grill
As far as I can remember, the parking lights do use a hex flange screw and a j-nut. I don't see those pieces in the Tucker hardware kit though. It's been a few years since I did mine, but I used KEPS fasteners in place of the pop rivets. Looks more factory.

Re: Assembling a 69-70 grill
Appreciate the feedback! Stopped by my local fastener shop and picked up j-nuts and screws, as suggested.

Go to the AMK site. They have the right stuff. I used them on both my 1970 K20 and 1970 K/5. Kit G-24041
