Windshield stainless trim
What aftermarket windshield and rear window trims have you used? Results? If I decide to use the trim I'll go with the pre 71-72 because of the deeper groove and flange. What were they thinking in 71-72 and the short flange?

Re: Windshield stainless trim
.
My last round of window install with trim (front) went horrible. I had the later trim and gasket which was impossible to get installed. I ended up purchasing new stainless trim from LMC along with their gasket. I ordered: Windshield Trim Kit-Stainless Steel 6 Piece 67-70 Part #: 38-5885 (HAS THE DEEPER METAL plunger piece) and Windshield Rubber-Custom 67-70 Part #: 38-5910 My installers could not get the LMC gasket to work so we used the Precision gasket they brought with them. A precision gasket with the early trim from LMC worked for me. Here's the thread: https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=853551 Hth, -Kevin
