WTB bed floor patchs

I am looking to see if anyone has a good rear bed floor that they are cutting up. Specifically the section that the wheel tubs bolt to about 4" all the way around the opening for both sides of the floor. I have made them before just looking to save some time if someone has some good cuts. Shipping would be to MD.

Basically cut where the yellow lines are, which is roughly 4". It can be a little more but not less.

Thanks

Re: WTB bed floor patchs

I may be able to help with part of your request.
A few years ago I installed wider wheel tubs, and it required that the bed floor be cut out in that area, I can’t remember the exact amount removed , but I believe I saved the parts cut out. I will check the shed tomorrow to see if I saved the pieces and if they are wide enough to help you out.

Not sure if it's what you need.

Re: WTB bed floor patchs

I do have these pieces, and another 1’ wide cut off the front of the bed floor, but that has the cross member in it , and likely isn’t practical to ship.
The 2 pieces cut from the area of the wheel tubs are 4.75 inches wide by 37.5 inches long. The longer piece was removed from the back of the bed and measures 7.5” x 63”

I don’t want to undermine a potential sale for Ironhorse, and it’s possible he may have some cuts of the wheel tub area that are longer and able to cover the entire length without having to graft a piece in. So it may be of some benefit to check with him first.

Re: WTB bed floor patchs

sfont66, if you can help the OP with his wheel tub sections go for it. All the floor material I have is main floor flat sections. All solid and very usable but no corner or perimeter sections left at all. Thanks for the consideration but no worries about under mining a potential sale.
