Check Coker Tire. They have a lot of vintage sizes, not sure on that size.

Coker does have G78-15s but the only street tires that size that they show online are whitewalls. I think it would be worth a call to Coker (if you haven't already) to see if they'd make a set of blackwalls for you. They seem to invite these kinds of inquiries. And send me a pic of your new tires if it works out!

if you're looking for 78 series LT bias ply tires, I'd recommend looking at STA
they have E, G, H, and L in a couple of tread patterns and sidewall ratings, most or all blackwall good luck! Light Truck Tires Specialty Tires of America has been making quality bias ply tires for over ninety years. STA 9.00-16LT Super Lugs
