There are two different seat bottoms out there that take two different bottom seat foams. The one most have is the seat bottom where the springs are higher on the ends and the seat foam is designed to fit that seat bottom...foam is thick along most of the seat bottom, but is thinner where the springs are higher. My 68 has a seat bottom that has all springs at the same hight and requires a seat foam that is about a couple inches thick. This style was only available during 67-68. I just restored my seat bottom and it came out great. It does also have the folding back.
