Question Re: Post pic of suicide door or CUSTOM crewcab hinges

Fighting for getting 16th of an inch lower at this point, could leave it here or after another 1/8 inch or so down which is max without having to really retink the floor and upper mount of the inner fenders. Side to side is good, front to back is good, but would like to go lower! I got time as my 250 bottle I am changing from oxygen to C25 and both it and my 125 1962 Civil Defense {anybody remember nuclear drills in grade school?} bottle are out of cert and it will take a week the shop said (was willing to loose this cool bottle if I could get 250 bottle...but they said no way!)and will be a week......I don't know about you but I always run out of gas right when things are speeding up! Maybe God is doing this so I can slow down and rethink everything going forward.

On another note, if you want to copy my plan, if you go with a 2 to 2 1/2 inch shorter rear door the front wheel would center in the wheel well.

QUESTION: Final trimming on the rear panel will have either a 1/2 to 3/4 spacing between the dmax and 66 corner panels ooorrrr shaped in a crescent on the edge of the dmax panel as is stock on the 2008. First way is stronger, the only reason not to is for not letting rain water drain and start rust in the veeeerrrry long future (I plan to pass this truck onto my kids once I absolutely can't drive anymore) I might be over thinking this.....
