Congratulations on getting it back on the road. Five years really isn't too terribly long now that it's behind you!
I finished my '67 in the spring of '24 and have enjoyed every minute of the driving experience since. You will love the LS!

Thanks everyone! It was definitely a fun few days - even just looking out the front door and seeing the truck back in the driveway (instead of up on jack stands in the garage) made me smile.
I drove it to work yesterday (52 mile round trip). The weather was perfect, the sun was out, 72 degrees... *chef's kiss* Obviously still have a lot to do. Need to start working on the interior now. I'll probably revive my build thread I had going - before I started this one - and keep track of everything over there. It'll probably take longer to do that stuff than it did to get this thing back on the road.

List of things completed at mechanic: New Pinion Seal New 1350 Yoke Gear Oil Posi Additive New Output Seal New 1 piece H-D Driveshaft New Solid U-Joints Transmission Fluid New transmission cooler lines and fittings -6AN Transmission oil cooler New hard fuel lines Fuel tank mounting New hardware New fuel filler fabrication New Aeromotive EFI Fuel Pressure regulator with gauge New fuel filter Dumby Cab Fill Mass Airflow Sensor Cold Air Intake New Power Steering pump and hoses New Drive belts New heater hoses New Moraso Overflow Tank New spark plugs and wires ICT oil sender & adapter ICT Temp sender & adapter New ACDelco O2 sensors Full 2-1/2" exhaust with X-Pipe 18" Flowmaster mufflers New battery & holder Custom battery cables & wiring w/ loom Sealed firewall with grommets and fill in leftover holes w/ patches 2 oil changes
