Door Jamb Switch

Looking to add door jamb switches so interior lights will come on when I open the door. Wanted to check to see if anyone has done this and if so, where is the best place to install them. Truck is a '60 C10 so didn't have them from factory.

Thanks!!!

I didn’t seem to matter exactly where, just that you’re able to activate the switch. The pictures of when I did mine are in my build thread. Page 17, starting at post 410

Just make sure you can fish wire to it.
