Cruise control female end of the plug

Hello all,
1989v2500,

My truck came with cruise control, I removed it. Thought i kept everything and do not remember removing anything from under the dash.

That said, anyone have a source for the female socket (truck side) for the 4 wire flat blade male coming from the stalk?

I could cut the plug off but the wires ar super thin. I want to use the set/push button and cruise on/off for other features, Like running a relay for LEDs and convertor lock up.

Does the truck side of this blade have larger wires that are not so delicate to work with? If not i will cannibalize this thing and move on. If i can find the plug, it will make blinker stalk replacement easier down the road as a plug and play.

Does anyone know where it plugged in under the dash? have a pic?

Thanks in advance

you can get one out of a jeep xj. they use the same cruise plug and should be easy to find.

It should be at the end of the steering column right at the bottom, It is usually a white plug
