NOS Rockwell T221 Transfer Case
This is a NOS Rockwell transfer case (T221-N5) making it manufactured in 1967 according to my research. It was originally purchased with a lot of parts from a GM dealership in CA that closed its doors in the early 90's and sat in an open warehouse until last year when I purchased it. As far as I know, this is the only NOS T221 in existence. It has surface rust on the outside and I would bet that the seals would need to be replaced as well. The case still has the cardboard protectors on the shafts. I opened up the top cover and the inside is clean and rust free. The machine marks are still visible on the gears.
I am looking to get $1500 for it as is. This would need to be picked up in Arizona (85383) unless you want to arrange and pay for all shipping. I have no way to ship anything this heavy and I am sure it would be expensive. Also, I have the proper thick (5/8") seals (Meritor part number A1805E447) that I would include for an additional $200. These are hard to find, but are the CORRECT T221 seals for the transfer case and the adapter that goes in between the case and the transmission. Thanks, Clay PM me for details. Clay
