My buddy turned all the guages in his 9.90 Vega so the needles all point vertical when the engine is running normally. That way any needle that isn't vertical draws his attention. It looks goofy when the engine isn't running but he prefers it.
That's a good idea and I may do that. Just a quick glance would tell if something were off.
