To my knowledge no one makes a bolt kit. Some are of the bolts can be had from quality hardware stores. The plow head bolts are not available outside side of a custom order of 500 plus. I ended up making some for my Burban and I believe I still have a set or two left. See the thread linked and the links in the early posts for more informationon the bolts and wood replacement.
