I had a set of Rally wheels with centers and beauty rings like this on my 71 Chevy K10. Wish I'd never sold that beast.

Working on a build and want to replicate that setup again.

So, are these the 3" wide rings?

Is there a 'best' aftermarket supplier for them? Prefer stainless over chrome just because rust never sleeps...
