Spare tire mounting

The nut that is used for the mounting bolt came off. Since it is welded to the brace inside the truck from the back side, I can't simply weld it back on. Has anybody else dealt with this? What was your solution??

Mine broke free too. I welded it back on and it been fine since. Scroll to post 1096 on following page to see how I repaired mine.
