1970 K5 open knuckle disc brakes
I have a 70 blazer with an open knuckle axle and looking to swap out the drums for disc's.
Does anyone make a kit? |

How handy are you? Make your own. That's what I did to my 70.
If not it will be easier for you to find a new front axle.This will be much better than finding a kit (if there is one). Anything aftermarket is inferior to OEM. |

I raided all of the necessary parts from a 1972 Dana 44 from a parts Blazer in order to retain the original front axle assembly. I upgraded to the larger axle joint that some 1972's and up had.
