Re: saginaw Power steering pump after rebuild wont prime or work at all

The vanes could be sticking on the rotor, and not contacting the cam ring. I saw a You Tube video where one company revs the engine to get the "magic sound". Are you sure you installed the spring first, then the pressure relief valve?
