GM Trucks at the 2026 Portland (Oregon) roadster show.

I jumped in the HHR yesterday and made the 167 mile jaunt to the Portland Expo center to check out the 2026 Portland Roadster show.

First time I went on a Friday and now I am only going on Fridays as there wasn't much of a crowd and the people there were actually interested in the cars and trucks.

Here are most of the Chevy and GMC trucks in the show. There is something for everyone and enough to get the 60/66 folks excited.

I rented a scooter to ride around the show on and that was the best 30 dollars I spent all day. Candy red scooter too.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

I was surprised that a lot of the cars and trucks didn't have stanchions or displays around them.

Re: GM Trucks at the 2026 Portland (Oregon) roadster show.

I think the two kids next to the Rod and Custom Dream truck had a car (s) back in the high school section. as there was a lot of cars belonging to high school kids in that room.

There have been some articles on the panel on the net on the build and those two are the reason I decided to go this year. I first saw the dream truck when it was on display at a show that I had my 48 in in Ogden in 1982.

More dream truck shots. A red AD that reminds me of a hot wheels car an a clean C10

This TF Big window was owner built outside of paint and upholstery. 383 stroker and 700 R 4 with a gear venders od behind the R 4.

One of the nicest all around TFs I have seen in a long time.

This is in the second room in the show. A pretty much untouched 54 an some of the lowriders that were there.

I think this was a club display.

I'm not sure if the guy in the blue shirt recognized me from past events in the PNW or was shocked to see a guy with a camera rather than phone . I think that group were all together with the cars behind the banner in the corner.

Re: GM Trucks at the 2026 Portland (Oregon) roadster show.

The Burb looked like it leads a hard life but that beast sure would pull my boat.

The Prison bus/motorhome or club hauler was pretty nice and at the far end of the show in a building that has always had a gun show in it that weekend in past years.

Great red on the GMV Big window

I love black trucks but they are near impossible to photograph in indoor shows.

Re: GM Trucks at the 2026 Portland (Oregon) roadster show.

The pinstriper gathering at the Roadster show is always well attended with some great artists from the area.

The Square body was in the serious part of the show and is one superb truck.

That is it for what would be interesting here. I haven't loaded my smug mug album.

I did buy some cookies from the girl scout in one of the hallways between the buildings.

As a young contractor I once worked inside Folsom Prison Installing a spiral stair ,in one of the guard towers. Interesting place but very scary. Was there welding for 2 days.
