1951 overload springs
Hi there. I'm looking for an original set of overload springs for a 51 GMC. Not sure which years these would have come on. If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Thanks, Ron.

RE that specific item, I would think that someone redoing and AD truck within 25 miles of Where Ron lives should have a set still bolted on the old torque tube axle that hasn't gone to scrap yet. You just have to put the word out in local circles that you are looking for a set.

Can you post a picture of what they look like, or a link to a thread that has a picture in it?

Re: 1951 overload springs
Don't have a pic or know how to post if I did. They are another spring pack that mounts on top of the axle.
