Found protecto plate

Found the protecto plate inside glove box . Door happened to be replaced with chrome so missing rpo codes 😔

Anyone able to help decode plate ?

Looks like a 69 Fremont built truck. What is the digit after the 8. I’m kinda special trying to read backwards and can’t make it out maybe 45739 as the last 5? If so that’s the 45,739th unit to come off the fremont line in 1969, so likely a mid model year build C10. If I’m reading it right the first owner was a hospital in Oregon so it’s likely it was built as a fleet vehicle.
